Welcome to Enhanced Health and Fitness.
We are a fitness centre based in Aitkenvale Townsville that offers group training sessions for Male and Females.
Our sessions are all run by our fully qualified Trainer Sip.
We offer four programs that can help you achieve your training goals.
Sessions run at 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 4:30PM and 5:30PM weekdays and three sessions on a Saturday.
Our gym is open to all fitness levels and ages 17+, whether you are an absolute beginner, looking to get fit or would like to supplement your current gym program, we can help you achieve your goal.
We have flexible membership options and are currently have a SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER - 5 sessions for $50.
✔️BOOTCAMP- Perfect for everyone looking to increase general fitness, this is a great full body workout.
✔️CIRCUIT - Great for building lean muscle tissue, strength, muscular endurance & burning calories.
✔️RESISTANCE TRAINING -Great for working on strength, movement & muscle building/tone.
✔️STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING - We focus on a strength and incorporate conditioning exercises into each session.
