🏃‍♀️ I've been training since January

💪 What training do you do?
🏃‍♀️ Bootcamp - boxing, body weight and resistance

💪What have you achieved with your training?
🏃‍♀️ I've definitely got more strength and I can last longer in training with less breaks so my cardio has improved majorly

💪 What do you enjoy about the training?
🏃‍♀️ I enjoy everything about the training program. The trainer, the people and the actual workouts. It's a good mix

💪 Favourite exercise, workout or moment?
🏃‍♀️My favourite exercise is definitely the boxing and I like when we do the JCU hill

💁🏻I’ve been training with Enhanced Health and Fitness since April 10th
🤔What training do you do?
💁🏻I’m just about to start my third 5-6 week student boot camp...
🤔What have you achieved with your training?
💁🏻My fitness, strength, mood, energy and mental clarity have all improved since starting training
🤔What do you enjoy about the training?
💁🏻Sip always mixes it up and never lets you get bored, plus he has a very positive and encouraging attitude. It’s also great to get outdoors!
🤔Favourite exercise, workout or moment?
💁🏻My favourite exercise would have to be lunges (walking, stationary and/or jump). They are by far the most painful, but I’m sure that means they’re really good for me 😅

Our weekly Boot Camp will be returning in 2018. The group atmosphere is a great motivator and will be sure to keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals. 

The program includes a range of different training styles to give you a well rounded program including: strength training, circuit training, HIIT, running, boxing and more.

6:30am-7:15am Monday,Friday
5:00pm-5:45pm Tuesday, Thursday

An outdoor Bootcamp perfect for beginners through to fitness enthusiasts.

A great way to get fit, have fun and enjoy training outdoors.
BOOTCAMP is ongoing and you can join us any day.

We run 3 morning and 3 afternoon sessions each week which are held at the JCU Sport and Recreation grounds that surround the JCU Gym.

5:30pm-6:15pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:30am-6:15am Tuesday, Thursday
6:00am-6:45am Saturday

The sessions cater to all fitness levels and the cost is $15.00 (cash) for one week. It's completely up to you how many sessions you attend in a week (Some people do 5 sessions a week and some do 2 sessions a week)
