๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Bootcamp - boxing, body weight and resistance

๐Ÿ’ชWhat have you achieved with your training?
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ I've definitely got more strength and I can last longer in training with less breaks so my cardio has improved majorly

๐Ÿ’ช What do you enjoy about the training?
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ I enjoy everything about the training program. The trainer, the people and the actual workouts. It's a good mix

๐Ÿ’ช Favourite exercise, workout or moment?
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธMy favourite exercise is definitely the boxing and I like when we do the JCU hill

๐Ÿ’๐ŸปIโ€™m just about to start my third 5-6 week student boot camp...

๐Ÿ’๐ŸปMy fitness, strength, mood, energy and mental clarity have all improved since starting training
๐Ÿค”What do you enjoy about the training?
๐Ÿ’๐ŸปSip always mixes it up and never lets you get bored, plus he has a very positive and encouraging attitude. Itโ€™s also great to get outdoors!
๐Ÿค”Favourite exercise, workout or moment?
๐Ÿ’๐ŸปMy favourite exercise would have to be lunges (walking, stationary and/or jump). They are by far the most painful, but Iโ€™m sure that means theyโ€™re really good for me ๐Ÿ˜…

JCU University Boot Camp is back in 2017!

Are you ready to smash some goals and be the best you.
Then join our weekly Boot Camp starting on the 24 July. The group atmosphere is a great motivator and will be sure to keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals. 

The program includes a range of different training styles to give you a well rounded program including: strength training, circuit training, HIIT, running, boxing and more.

6:30am-7:15am Monday,Friday
5:00pm-5:45pm Tuesday, Thursday

$80 for 8 weeks of Bootcamp

An outdoor Bootcamp perfect for beginners through to fitness enthusiasts.

A great way to get fit, have fun and enjoy training outdoors.
BOOTCAMP is ongoing and you can join us any day.

We run 3 morning and 3 afternoon sessions each week which are held at the JCU Sport and Recreation grounds that surround the JCU Gym.

5:30pm-6:15pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:30am-6:15am Tuesday, Thursday
6:00am-6:45am Saturday

The sessions cater to all fitness levels and the cost is $15.00 (cash) for one week. It's completely up to you how many sessions you attend in a week (Some people do 5 sessions a week and some do 2 sessions a week)
