☝🏾How long have you trained with Enhanced?...
🙋I have trained with Enhanced Health for 9wks
☝🏾What training do you do?
💪I do Enhanced Performance training three mornings a week and Enhanced Bootcamp once or twice a week.
☝🏾What have you achieved with your training?
🤔Achievements have been many.
I have doubled my deadlift weight; added 10kgs to bench press; added 12kgs to squat. Doubled my starting weight for squat snatch, overhead press & kettlebell swings. All this with much better form and full range - thanks Sip
Having a preference for cycling I didn't run, now I do. Speed and stamina increasing all the time.
I have to mention burpees & pull-ups - there is a first time for everything. My chin now goes over the bar much more & I actually do full burpees.
☝🏾What do you enjoy about the training?
🤗I really enjoy the friendly & welcoming environment. Sip's attention (& the groups) to using correct technique and range of movement. Encouragement to use weights I wouldn't try on my own - Sip is right there spotting which strengthens both your physical & mental capacity.
There is always variety & a challenge to fitness so no boredom.
The sense of achievement at the end of training.
The great group of people that join me at 5.30am.
☝🏾Favourite exercise, workout or moment
👍Not sure I have a favourite exercise but I feel pretty good completing 60kg deadlifts & workouts within the allocated time that have me gasping for breath 😛. Sunrise bootcamp at Douglas Stairs definitely a nice start to the weekend.

P.s. I must add while there is a lot of sweat there is a lot of laughter. 😓 😂 😁

Enhanced Performance is our Functional Fitness program. Sessions are run in small groups of no more than 6 people to ensure you receive a high level of supervision and coaching. Workouts focus on Strength, Conditioning and Muscle Building. All Classes run for 45 minutes.

Some of the following methods will be utilised in each training sessions:

-Weight Lifting    -Conditioning   -Plyometrics    -Body Weight   -Speed   -Agility    -Endurance -Cardiovascular    Olympic Lifting    -Flexibility     -Mobility   -Gymnastics

We run 3 morning and 3 afternoon sessions each week

5:30am-6:15am Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:30pm-6:15pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:30am-7:15am Tuesday, Thursday

7:00am-7:45am Saturday

Unlimited sessions per month for $100.00

🤔how long have you trained with Enhanced?...
🏋️‍♀️I've been training with Enhanced since the end of February this year.
🤔what training do you do?
🏋️‍♀️I do Enhanced Performance Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings and then 2-3 runs a week between 3 and 10km each time.
🤔what have you achieved with your training?
🏋️‍♀️My strength and energy levels have definetly increased over the last few months. Thanks to Sip, I have been able to lift very heavy weights that I never knew I could lift before.
🤔what do you enjoy about the training?
🏋️‍♀️I enjoy the constant motivation from Sip and other peers in the group during exercise routines. I also enjoy the fact that every session is different.
🤔favourite exercise, workout or moment?
🏋️‍♀️My favourite exercises are the strength sessions we do at the beginning of each class. I also enjoy the incorporation of the treadmill runs during our workouts.

🙋🏻‍♂️I feel I have achieved overall strength improvements and feel a lot fitter
•What do you enjoy about the training?
🙋🏻‍♂️Definitely the team environment, it's such a fun group to train with and it gives you that motivation you need to get up early or turn up after a big day at work
•Favourite exercise, workout or moment?
🙋🏻‍♂️My favourite exercise, ah I would probably have to say the resistance training is what I enjoy doing, even though sometimes half way through I'm not enjoying it haha 😂
